August has been a busy month for me with a lot of travelling up and down the South Island, exciting adventures and plenty of training.

I attended the NZ Olympic long list team workshop in Wanaka where we went through a whole lot of information, tried on all the uniform, had photo-shoot’s and media interviews. It was awesome to be apart of the olympic spirit and NZ group and gave me an additional boost to work even harder and make the official team.

The last few days I have been based at Tekapo involved in a high budget TV commercial for Kellogs as the ski double for Ted Ligety. It was crazy to be involved in such a huge scale commercial with over 60 ‘crew,’ 50 ‘extra’s’ (background crowd) and an endless budget.
